Focus is to provide managed cloud services to clients with zero CapEx at a minimal OpEx. Performing well in Europe with DPC. Also partnering with Google to provide managed services and consultations on all available Google's product and services . Development of common cloud management platform to service multi cloud environment from a single management platform with ServiceNow as the ITSM backbone.
Cons
Lack penetration in US market, even after acquiring Xerox ITO cloud business and syntel. Tried to re-sell and AWS and Azure services without success. That resulted in drastic budget cuts in 2019. Unable to penetrate US market with DPC or any of the other services. Lacks funding for R&D to evolve legacy application to cloud centric application/services
