General recruitment policy is to lie to good candidates to get them to join and then hope they don't leave when they realise the true situation. Disgusting mistreatment of graduates and people with new ideas by undriven and bitter employees with no other options. Continuously internal facing sales effort.. no focus on finding new business just milking the large government contracts that they inherit from constant mergers Spaghetti style organisational structure where you can have up to 3 line managers at any one time. management happy to pull the wool over eyes of clients and employees alike as long as their selfish goals are being met. Huge blame culture and no motivating factors for staff apart from scathing weekly meetings and blame game sessions. Minimal work life balance and you can routinely be expected to work past 6pm and during weekends without any kind of incentive.
