Cons
1) Less Hike 2) Some teams think of office as home, they will call you on weekends whether there is work or not. It is up to you, to follow their path and make it a habbit and regret later. If you are good at your work, nobody can force you to do anything wrong. You have to take your own stand. 3) In every company there are Managers who only do favouritism, here too. But, be calm and do your work. Nobody achieves anything by just following others. 4) Some very low-budget and worst projects. 5) Some teams are totally messed up due to management and higher technical people who are there since a long time.
