      - unbelievably relaxed company (but in a somewhat concerning way)

      Cons

      - c-level leadership is sketchy about equity + bonuses + telling the truth and has displayed lack of ability to run the business well - company is on unstable ground, not sure where it is going at all - lack of good career development - smart people are not being put to good enough use

      Really excellent people, fun atmosphere, willingness to engage in new ideas.

      Cons

      There was a restructure and I was suddenly terminated after only 4 months of employment when I was expecting a year of work.
