      Good people. Hard working. Talent in the lower levels.

      Leadership spends most of its time pleasing CEO. CEO is driving this company into the ground. No pro-active budget No Preventative maintenance No planning No technology roadmap No OKRs/KPIs that aren't CEO specified No respect for the team members No appreciation for the complexity of work No plans or directions No capex plan No respect for the environment/facilities/foundation of our company
