Pros
Only suitable for temp position
Cons
1. Nepotism is well and alive. Round the year promotions, incentives and raises are provided to the handpicked few, others will be forced to stick to the annual promotion cycle. 2. Everyone who is not VP/Director is a glorified technician. Employees are hired and fired as disposable commodity. 3. Employee turnover rate is high. People get burned out with management, workload and infrastructure. 4. Poor infrastructure from the roof to tools; both leak and wreak. Majority of the "state of the art" tools have 1980s floating windows screensaver. Improvement to the infrastructure doesn't seem like a priority 5. Management is clueless about state of reality and has a blind eye towards ones to bring them to focus. 6. With closer to 200 employees, the company doesn't understand the need of a HR department to address and resolve employee concerns. Their independent payroll/HR service and EAP therapist deem the workplace as a toxic environment.
