      Vibes, I guess. They build cool stuff, and work hard.

      Cons

      Poor leadership: no empathy, no thought about impact of business decisions on their employees. first time CEO believes in "first principles" thinking, but I only heard this said and never saw it in action. It's a mask for lies, honestly. This company is working on cool things, but the lack of process, structure, and communication will burn their employees. Think things through better, you're supposed to be smart people.

      Pros

      Great place to work at if you can fit into the culture (long hours, but lunch and dinner is free), Lots of other benefits, remarkable team of engineers and scientists. The groups are very inviting and helpful to each other while teaching new things.

      Cons

      Out of the team of about, ~28 technical staff persons, encompassing from techs to all the way to department heads; there is only one woman working; as a tech. Operations team ( Recruitment/ admin) Does however have a modest number of high earning women working.
