Pros

They'll take anyone. Free food to helps with the paltry salary.

Cons

You'll be expected to work 60 hour weeks. Extremely negative culture. Nearly everyone speaks as though they're suicidal. Misogynistic. Narcissistic management that's incapable of taking any blame. Zero ability to further your technical prowess outside of the cheap solutions they sell to their clients. Every project goes well over their sales estimates. Engineers are met with rejection when requesting higher hour estimates during scope of work meetings. They plan on going over because they know the actual estimate would be hard to sell. Lying and deceit to clients. Hard to tell when anyone's telling the truth. Cheap hardware for what's expected to be a technology company. Seriously, this company is horrific. Stay away at all costs.

Atomic Data Response

We take all feedback very seriously at Atomic Data. Leadership reviews comments left here and we work hard to address genuine issues that are raised. However, there are a lot of opinions (backed up by absolutely no facts) stated here that are unfortunately very misguided and others that are blatant falsehoods. The comments about misogony, suicide, narcissism, lying to clients, and our 'cheap' solutions are terribly wrong, hurtful, and misleading. We encourage you the Glassdoor user to look for more balanced reviews and those which are not obviously written by a former employee with unrelated grievances.

Pros

The people there are really nice and it makes for a good work environment.

Cons

Once ownership changed hands, focus shifted to maximizing profit. Employee experience took a back seat, which negatively affected client experience.
