Pros
The best thing about the company for me was the people I worked with. Most are a pleasure to be around. Benefits are great particularly medical insurance.
Cons
Management doesn't trust employees to do their job and has the mentality information is a secret. I have been chastised for giving helpful information to a fellow employee. Even the information needed to perform a job correctly of kept from employees at times. I feel things went down hill when the current CEO took over.
