They promote well within until reaching a certain point. Company culture and bonuses are nice and coworkers are amazing.
Cons
There's a glass ceiling for women and minorities. They say they are working on it, but not quick enough. If you're a white male looking for a good ole boys club or a fan of nepotism, this is the place for you to be on the promotion fast track.
