      Great management team, good felxibility and able to work from home, good bonuses and range of projects, proactive friendly team.

      Cons

      Sometimes left to work too independently, recent higher management changes have impact to negatively change company culture.

      Family run consultancy with a small diverse team. Flexible working hours were great and good TOIL / holiday options too

      Office was small with not enough desks for everyone
