Phoenix location is nice, except in the summer where there's no AC in the workplace.
Cons
No vision that stays true or clear longer than 2 months, impossible to engineering with clear vision, unreasonable engineering expectations, unreasonable workload from leadership that can't always understand the work they assign either.
