Pros
Team anywhere, you can work from home and commute to the local office when needed or to participate in fun, team gatherings, or important team meetings, but not a requirement, love the flexibility here. Unlimited Time off - able to recharge the batteries when needed and take the time to feel rested and reset to show up as your best self at work. They really honor and balance this well. Great culture - they walk the talk and truly live their core values. It comes through in all of their work and is at the forefront of their messaging and meetings, always.
Cons
Onboarding process is overall smooth and well thought out, but varies significantly from team to team, and by department. For example, Engineering EA experience may be vastly different from Sales and Marketing EA - even though all roll up to the same cost center, just different management and oversight. They are working to improve this. The ramp up to onboarding is supposed to be 2-4 weeks before start the role (doing the work) and some get thrown into the fire faster, depending on leader, needs and fires to put out. Recent change in 2025 to benefits sharing, employees will start contributing to health benefits (really cool they didn't used to) but will now have employees take part in costs sharing. Its minimal but still sad to see it go away, but understandable. Travel for EA's can also vary by team and Leaders needs, so this is a bit all over the place. Would be great to have more consistency around travel expectations.
