Pros
Great environment for mentorship and collaboration. Very intelligent and hardworking team. Lots of potential for company to grow and lots of opportunity to develop new skills and gain experience.
Cons
Can be tough for remote employees to stay up to speed with everything happening in the office. Not a good place for someone who isn't driven to perform well.
