-Micro-management (only for AMS agents) -Tedious tasks - No career progression at all - Toxic environment at workplace -You'll have to do other's work who get paid twice the money you get and sometimes you don't even get paid for those additional hours - You can see a goat flying but you'll never see an AMS turning a RAM employee
