It is rare to find a small business who has invested so much time and energy into streamlining the process for estimation, back-end customer tracking, and education like AMC 911 has.
AMC 911 has one of the best cultures I've ever been a part of. All out teams work together toward the common goal of ensuring the work completed and the customer experience exceed expectations.
It's not easy, it's not simple, but then again the hardest thing are often the most rewarding. That's been my experience here.
Management and Brian and Mariel (the owners) are accessible and almost always on site. They listen, value, encourage, and implement feedback from employees frequently.
Cons
It's direct sales so inevitably that leads to a higher turnover on the sales side.
Even with experience there is a TON to learn. It takes time and patience.
