Interesting brand, which however is not much known abroad and even not too much in France.

Especially people from abroad watch out! In interview I emphasized on how important it was that the job is going to last at least several years, but the company (responsible persons) on place do not care about your personal situation even if you work well! They might give you an elbow! In the interview I was confirmed that there would be enough work for years, but despite good performance and motivation suddenly it came differently. There seems to be fluctuation in the company. Highly recommended to go onsite for the interview and attend a trial day to meet people from the team in person! Don't accept for just remote interviews!

AFM is a human-scale, caring company. There's a lot of sharing (in good humour), so you learn a lot. There's never a dull moment, because there are so many subjects to cover and discover.

There's a lot to do and you can't always do what you have planned in a day.
