Pros
They give you a welcome packet with Atlas gear (mugs, tumbler, etc) majority of the folks at Atlas are pretty nice. I've met some good folks here.
Cons
They do not value their employees. High turn-over rate. They are ALWAYS understaffed. The workload is insane. There is an "every man for himself" attitude. Management plays favorites and allows other team members to not pull their weight and refuse to speak on it because they "don't want to ruffle any feathers." Management fires all of the good employees. They take forever to hire new people, only to hire them and the people don't do a good job. If you ask for a raise, for get about it. You're not getting one. They claim it's not in the budget. If you tell management that you are overwhelmed, they tell you that you shouldn't be as they (Management) aren't. Management is petty and they will bring you into the office over hearsay and gossip. I have heard and seen employees have their advancement opportunities threatened based on gossip. Overall, BEWARE
