Pros

Management is very kind and smart. She cares a lot about the people who dedicate themselves to the Management Training Program. The amount of growth I saw in myself personally was amazing.

Cons

Can become toxic when members of the team are pushed to excellence 24/7. its hard to catch a breath. Its also SO MUCH HARDER to climb the ladder to management than they say it is. its not easy and requires working also 24/7, which is why not many do it.

Thank you for your kind words! We really do care about our employees and their personal and professional growth and it's great to hear that it comes through. It definitely does take hard work to move into management, which also makes it very rewarding. We give all of our employees a clear growth path to promotion but it does take some hustle and embracing the training. Thanks again and best of luck in all that you do!

Pros

Nice people to work with.

Cons

You literally sell phone plans at Target. Was told during my interviews I’d learn under marketing employee about SEO and business management. Instead they handed me a t mobile shirt and told me to sell phone plans at Target. Incredibly misleading and it’s essentially a scam to recruit employees. I asked what a day in the life looks like working for the company and they LITERALLY never mentioned selling phone plans at Target. Also was told I needed a degree but not many people I met there even went to school. Which is fine but like why tell me I needed a marketing degree? Waste of time.
