People that work there are good, trying their best at doing two or three positions due to finacial constraints
Cons
there is serious money issues, have no money to pay suppliers, order materials, every vendor i dealt with had us on collect on delivery, the resources to be the pm are not there. no one single bill gets paid on time, managment is unwilling or unable to aknowlage the issues and provid a solution
