People are very kind, the role is very easy, a very transactional sale
Cons
The commission is not the best, sales calls are very short and are the same conversation over and over about 20 times a day, the owner is rude

Workload Peaks: During peak seasons, the workload can be demanding. It's manageable, but more streamlined processes during busy times could further improve work-life balance.
Despite being a remote job, our team is closer than most other in-person jobs I've worked. There's an overflowing amount of support from both the management and coworkers and we are in constant communication with each other throughout the day. I've never once felt timid to share my thoughts or ask questions. We're just a big family that all share a passion for helping students reach their career goals. It's not only a fulfilling job but also a rewarding one. Your schedule can also be very flexible.
Cons
Working at home alone can be challenging as I am very extroverted.
