Pros
1. Management is a big reason why I returned to Atlantic-IT. At the beginning of my career they provided mentorship that helped me for years to come. It was good to return and work with the same people again. 2. I have weird schedule requirements that only allow me to work under 30 hours a week. They were able to work with me and never pushed back if I needed to adjust the schedule. 3. Quality customer service is prioritized and rewarded. You don't need to know how to solve everything, but if you're engaging the client that's already 90 % of it.
Cons
Training quality - there are a lot of systems that require training, but a few videos aren't going to cover how Atlantic-IT uses these systems. If I were to do it over again, I'd ask for more time shadowing others.
