Pros
Good place to start and learn. Large company with numerous locations throughout NJ and PA.
Cons
Upper management doesn't seem to care or want to care about the "little people". Health Insurance used to be good but now employees could be put into a severe state of financial demise with just one emergency! They put their own employees in collections and offer NO discount. You need to know someone to move to the top and really excel. Employees are put into positions they are not qualified for or can not manage because of who they know or who they are. The company cuts costs in the wrong places.
