Highly abusive and toxic culture based on my experience - Anonymous employee Atlanta Community Food Bank Employee Review

Based on my experience, it was a highly abusive and toxic work culture. Only concerned about making money, the mission is a means to end. Worked incredibly long hours, constant stress with no positive affirmation, and certain members of the development department were mean, nasty, and rude to deal with. Executives were aloof nor did they care about low staff morale. Promotions based on nepotism and patronage.
