I have worked at Athos more than a year now and even though there have been some really difficult challenges, the company is moving in the right direction. The product is super innovative and is going to be a game changer in sports. The company is a true startup where things move really fast and we are constantly testing our ideas. Management really cares about their people and have to regularly make really tough decisions for the good of the company. Company has competitive salary, lots of perks and a great benefits package. Super friendly to families.
Cons
Sometimes the work can be very difficult. The product is something new to the market and there isn't an established set of rules that we are working with. We are figuring things out as we go along. This can be fun and energizing for some people, not so for others.
