      Pros

      This is a good place to work but you will constantly be reminded of who is the boss by your manager and if your a woman he will tell you as a professional mother you will need to plan your emergencies

      Male managers think they are on top of the world

      colleagues are all good people

      Cons

      too much work under too strict deadlines, very little work life balance, no clear idea of what's going on behind the scenes

      Still a yoing company so policies etc are not as strongly in place as compared to peers.
