Pros

The company is organized and all of the systems that they use are more up to date than ProRehab's. I do enjoy the colors and design of the logo.

Cons

Athletico does not care about their employees as much as ProRehab did. When we (ProRehab) got bought out by them, everyone thought it would be a good change. Now that it has happened it has been almost the exact opposite. While some of their processes and ways of treating are better, they lack any sense of employee appreciation. At ProRehab we were a family and now we are losing every bit of that feeling. So many people are leaving the company because they can find jobs at places that really care. All of the aides mean absolutely nothing to Athletico and do not get recognized for the jobs they do. On top of that, we are forced to learn the front office as well with no increase in pay. We now do two jobs and get paid $4-$5 less than the front office staff who are doing the same thing we were forced to learn. Our hours have also gotten cut dramatically due to the staffing ratio that Athletico has. If we were still ProRehab I would recommend the job to anyone, but not anymore. If you would like to work for a place with no employee appreciation, less hours, and not enough pay for what you are doing then Athletico is your place. But if you want to feel like a family, get the hours you need to support yourself, and get paid a good amount for what you do then i'm sorry...you will need to look elsewhere.

Pros

Great hands on experience compared to other clinics. Heard that at other clinics, aides just clean and 'make the clinician's life easier' but at this location if youre willing to learn and take initiative, you can assist patients through their exercises under supervision of the licensed therapist

Cons

The only thing is the pay, but it's an entry level job so makes sense why.
