      No real onboarding process, unrealistic expectations, dramatic shifts in company priorities, judgemental and micromanaging boss/management

      The CEO and management are extremely forward thinking, about the most friendly you can be, and really love their customers.

      Cons

      At this point there aren't any unless growing a start up isn't something you want to do.
