Horrible Management - System Analyst Athens Micro Employee Review

Although you’re unhappy with how your time at Athens Micro concluded, we appreciate you taking time to write this review. We do our best to set appropriate expectations during interviews on what’s it like working at Athens Micro. One item we make sure to explain to candidates is our training and onboarding process. As thorough as our training program is, on-the-job training is the best way our techs learn as it gives them the opportunity to resolve issues on many different technologies. The “figuring it out” part of resolving technical issues is what our best employees love about working at Athens Micro. People that dislike that part of working here usually find out quickly they are not a good fit. You admitted during your exit interview that “In the interview, I think I misled you on what I knew.” Despite your lack of experience, we did our best to make it work by offering additional training for several months. Furthermore, we disagree with your assessment that Athens Micro is solely to blame for the issues you experienced during your short time here. The reality of the situation is that it wasn’t a good fit for either of us. We wish you the best in your future endeavors!
