Pros

The team I actually worked with day to day was supportive and kind. But sadly, even the best coworkers can’t offset a top-down culture of intimidation and disrespect.

Cons

This dealership is one of the most demoralizing and disappointing places I have ever worked. Over time, I witnessed repeated harassment, belittling behavior, and wildly inappropriate conduct, including deeply offensive language used casually by office staff. There is no professionalism, no decency, and absolutely no respect shown to employees. The environment is not just toxic; it is unethical. The controller frequently altered employees’ timecards without their knowledge or consent, shaving hours and manipulating records. This illegal behavior shortchanged hardworking people and created a culture of fear and silence. Complaints were ignored, and leadership consistently turned a blind eye. The company pays poorly, expects constant availability, and offers no real support or structure for employee well-being. HR is virtually nonexistent. Leadership is reactive, petty, and completely unaccountable. If you value fairness, professionalism, or even basic workplace standards, look elsewhere.

Pros

Sales - unlimited salary potential. I worked there for many years and watched the top 8 guys (out of 16) make between $5k-8k consistently, month in and month out. They believe in lots of training and do expect you to follow through with pretty much everything you learn, most times, verbatim. Performers get special treatment, and management does not hide it. You need a day or weekend off, sale 15 or more cars every month. Sell less than that, and you'll be limited to the 5 days you get after you have been there a year. The management team is a pretty solid one. If you really commit yourself, they will support you fully. Most dealership managers are not worth working for. This crew is different.

Cons

Schedule is very tough. They will tell you it is a 5 day work week, however anyone who has ever sold cars before knows, you are on-call pretty much 6/7 days a week. You are expected to stay as long as it takes to close any deal, on any day, regardless of your plans. You will work EVERY holiday except Thanksgiving and Christmas. You will be expected to stay until at least 8pm, 4 nights a week, including every Saturday.

Thank you for this feedback. We appreciate the time that you put into this. The schedule for sales can be tough, and is not for everyone. However, we appreciate that you did acknowledge the rewards that such a touch schedule can provide. We will take a look at alternating the holiday schedule in the future. Best of luck in your future endeavors. Thank you for being a part of our team!
