Regarding compensation, we are constantly reviewing market pricing and internal equity as early as an employees' 90-day review and making adjustments including promotions, growth, and merit increases . There are several stepping stones in the Accounting department that can result in continual promotions to reward the employees and continue to foster career development.

The company has a lot of programs and claims so you will always be needed

Cons

In my experience, workloads were difficult to manage, and staffing levels did not always keep pace with claim volume. Communication from management could be inconsistent, and I felt that employee concerns about training and support were not always addressed effectively. This created a stressful work environment and made it challenging to maintain work-life balance.
