The whole job. Everything is a cluster of disorganization. The supervisors don't care enough to actually do their job adequately and then blame other departments for their agents lacking on calls. My team of QAs that I was part of was constantly told we were scoring calls too harshly and lowering morale when we were just doing our jobs. There is a ton of favoritism within this company. Overall not a great place to work.
