Exposed to good level of programming. Joined as fresher has three years of bond.one year training and two years of development.if one is good in technical excellent to work else it would be hell.

One year of long training should be reduced. Proper development standards needs to be introduced in the organisation. Lateral Hiring should be encouraged.they are mostly into freshers.
