4yHi there, I was very sorry to hear that you feel this way about your time at atai. I would really encourage you to speak to your line manager and/or HR lead to share this feedback and your individual experience. Mental health is a priority for us - for our business and our people. If that doesn't fit with your experience, it’s important we know so we can address this. We recognize that the pace of any start-up can be intense and we work to actively manage this. I hope you shared your views in our recent staff survey (which you'll have seen scored 85% positive engagement, 13 points above the industry standard). Compensation at atai is benchmarked against the external market and reviewed annually in order to remain competitive. I hope you're taking advantage of our well-being initiatives. I’m sure you joined atai because, like all of us, you care about mental health. This should, of course, include your own and your colleagues.
