Ataccama is hands down the most welcoming experience I have had as a new starter. The culture is really vibrant, and coming from a background of working in big corporates and also smaller startups, I have been really impressed with the way the company is so committed to maintaining the 'special sauce' and startup vibe that makes the company unique. I have also never experienced a leadership team that so truly, genuinely cares about its employees. The CEO reads every single comment from the employee engagement survey, and spends so much of his time focussed on employee wellbeing and programs to make Ataccama a great place to work. This ethos is represented across the rest of the leadership team too. The company is going through a really exciting time as it scales and grows globally, and it's an environment where you can really have an impact. If you have a good idea you're encouraged to run with it, and supported to do so. Although I think some people who have been at the company from its very small stage find some changes the company is making as it scales a challenge to adjust to, coming in as a fresh pair of eyes, Ataccama is still very much an empowering and inspiring place to work.
