Thank you for sharing your insights and experiences. We value feedback on both, the positive aspects, and areas where we can enhance our workplace. While it's uplifting to hear about your interactions with talented professionals and the LGBTQIA+ friendliness of our workplace, we also take your concerns seriously and are committed to addressing them to foster a more positive and supportive environment for everyone.
It's unfortunate that our current policies have not adequately accommodated your needs. To address this, we are actively considering policies to prioritize employees' mental health and overall well-being. Further at Asym, in order to create a positive and growth culture, we offer various feedback channels within the company for employees to express and suggest ideas for the betterment of the organization. These include our corporate HRMS, the suggestion box, email and/or private conversations with the HR team members. Also recently, our CEO conducted extensive skip level discussions with several employees to understand workplace related issues and measures for improvement.
We are committed to making necessary improvements to enhance the overall experience for our Asym employees.
