      Pros

      Asurion has the best culture of any place I've ever worked. People are sharp and collaborative. The company feels small even with thousands of employees. Management cares about employees. We have nice facilities and top benefits.

      Cons

      There's constant change and always a feeling of uncertainty. Layoffs and leadership changes are fairly common. Growth opportunities have slowed limiting ability to move within the company and upward.

      Pros

      Can earn good pay. Friendly at the entry level

      Cons

      You will never be considered good enough at your job. They will nit pick everything and let you know weekly. If you succeed at reaching goals they just double the amount needed for goal. Promotion is based off office politics. Work long enough and you will see pay model continuously change so you make less money.
