Pros

PTO basically whenever you want. They offer VTO as well. You can get VTO/PTO thru an app on the App Store.

Cons

Harassing employees every day with survey take rate, even I was told I would get written up because of that. Seriously?? Like you can control if a customer wants to take a survey. Well they say you can. And if customers don't take surveys its your fault. And as of January 2016 if you don't hit the survey take rate there's no bonus for you. I was put by an O.M. with a group with others underperforming on survey take rate to explain in front of a group why we weren't hitting survey take rate. Unbelievable right?? Career advancement depends if you befriend the right people, and I saw it there. Despite my IT expertise I applied to a a lot of job within the company to no avail. They would tell you otherwise and they would sell you on a dream job that never existed, they will tell you about this uber cool culture but when you get there there is a lot of harassment to stay in the phone, you are barely off the phone when they harass you to get on the phone. You cannot go to the bathroom if you're not on your assigned break. Metrics are everything to them and basically you get harassed constantly about them. I compare this job a lot with a sales job, actually worst than a sales job since I used to work for AT&T and this type of continuous harassment over much less money than AT&T is not worth it, you have all of this metrics and being harassed all the time. It's not a job for everybody, you see a lot of new people leave within the first two weeks that they are on the phone because they cannot handle the pressure. You are just a number to them. They're gonna tell you on your training that working for them is not same as other call centers, that it's a lot better, I've never worked in a call center before but I was told by co workers that had other call center experience that it was the same or worse than other call centers. But from my experience it's the worst, most miserable job I've ever had. The day I left that job for my current one I can tell you it's a difference between night and day. I would never recommend them or go back to work for them.

Pros

Training provided, tools and knowledge that help in various aspects, great intro to tech support or engineering.

Cons

Either you are overworked because the store is understaffed or not enough hours because too many part time people. Pay remains low even after years of experience, conditions for drivers doing mobile repairs can be sketchy, drivers during summer can get really hard, busy days can lead to 9-10 hours driving, a big push to be more sales focuses instead of tech repair focused. If there is already a manager; there’s not really a path to go from technician to manager or technician to corporate opportunities.
