Pros

Decent pay. Mediocre benefits. Highly qualified sales people.

Cons

CEO plays favorites. No sales policies. Employees fighting constantly. No room for growth. Super toxic culture and employees are told to quiet the noise aka nobody cares about what employees think. Good ol boys club.

Pros

Strong industry compensation plan and Benefits, Initially solid sales leadership at Director level that recruited strong talent. Strong HR Consulting platform

Cons

Absolutely no direction in company sales strategy. Company pivots sales strategy every two months and then goes crazy trying to understand why sales are suffering. Further, it favors empowering account managers and inside sales all opps while leaving outside sales to fend for itself with little to no marketing to back up. Add, payroll/HCM platform carries a horrible reputation in marketplace for implementation and service.
