Fellow co workers were friendly and made some lasting friendships. Some were very knowledgeable willing to share their knowledge and expertise.

Poor communication between departments and too many jobs put onto some individuals. Often hands were tied to do the job correctly. Low morale in the workforce; interpersonal and team conflicts among departments, management has their way of doing things, and their way is the only way, no career growth opportunities, promote based on favouritism.

Colleagues are very friendly and willing to share the knowledge and experience and everyone works like a family.

Internal process is relatively slow and the process is not define or clear enough.
