Pros

looks amazing on a resume - you can find a job in the industry very easily and even internationally 3 free therapy appointments

Cons

Literally everything else. The PHX office is a nightmare and if you are on MH team don't even think about hitting contest or even being happy or treated with basic respect. Spoke horribly of the contractors and encouraged me to undercut them by hundreds of $$ a week to make like $5. Upper management told me recruiters are replaceable, I saw management having sexual relationships with subordinates and it was never addressed. The main practice lead for the CS division is a huge bully who puts down other women and throws fits like a literal baby. I got cussed out by candidates and management on a daily basis. Watched multiple people be fired just because they were different or didn't fit in. I would never recommend this company to anyone. 3 free therapy appointments isn't enough, I literally would cry every single day I had to go into that toxic cesspool of an office. Insane amounts of cattiness, drama, and cliquiness. Terrible culture where sneaky and shady behavior is rewarded and transparency is frowned upon. I felt like I needed to shower everyday after work bc I was so disgusted with the practices there. HIGHLY encourages dishonestly and treating the contractors like cattle/commission check. Comp plan also sucks.

Pros

Great communication with you and the clients

Sometimes it is a long wait for a position or client. So, not super reliable mode of income.

Pros

Aston Carter provided excellent opportunities for professional growth, career progression, and leadership development. I had the opportunity to work with some of the largest healthcare and insurance clients in the country, build strong client relationships, and lead high-performing teams. The company offers strong training, a collaborative culture, and a performance-driven environment where hard work is recognized and rewarded. I was fortunate to work alongside talented colleagues and supportive leaders who helped me grow both personally and professionally.

Cons

Like many staffing and recruiting organizations, the environment can be fast-paced and demanding, with a strong focus on metrics and performance goals. Work-life balance can be challenging during peak periods, and processes can sometimes vary between offices or leadership teams. However, these challenges also create opportunities for growth and development.
