Poor Leadership - Intake Specialist Assure Home Healthcare Employee Review

I have worked here a little of a year and I am enjoying my journey here. The training and support from the administration is great. I have learned more here than anywhere else I have worked.

To date, there are no cons. Commute to work is good, benefits are awesome, and the support system is outstanding.

I was left alone to do my job….. and several other peoples

Poor work environment. Nobody gets a long, lots of hostility, unethical business practices. The owner will take and take and take and when he’s done with you just move on. Questionable legality issues when it comes to how they pay and treat people. Overall this was the most mismanaged company I’ve ever been at. I think there are a lot of illegal of shady business practices going on (especially in relation to laying people off and then receiving PPP loans to buy a new Tesla)
