Other than that: •Pay is not competitive •Bonus structure is confusing and the worst I’ve seen •improper delegation of management •promising company at first, will become unfavorable after a month not fulfilling promises. •100% customer facing, customer constantly watch over you while you repair •no personal work space •terrible break room •etc •scheduling is not the best but not the worst
