      Helpful professional dvelopment, teamwork between teachers, fosters child dvelopment through school-home connections

      Cons

      Can be stressful due to challenging behaviors of some of the children and the need to be flexible to cover staff absences by combining classes. Also, there is a large amount of paperwork.
