Coworkers work hard, environment is nice with a hybrid schedule. Sink or swim training so you’ll learn a lot about the industry on your own. C Suite execs have open door policy, and adhere to it.
Cons
Low pay compared to market, stifled career advancement in professional certifications and designations, wants to hire talent with existing credentials but not offer the ability for existing staff to obtain. If entering this department, best to be from out of CA as the COL adjustment is not enough to pay the living expenses at the firms HQ.
