      The teams and people were amazing, leadership had vision and was strong. Enjoyed working for my direct leaders.

      Cons

      Big vision with growing pains to achieve it, work/life balance could be a little work skewed if you weren't focused and communicating with your leaders

      Training and the trainers are the best part of AMT…after training, good luck!

      Cons

      -Call Center environment more focused on the SLA than the employee. -Depending on team lead, you may or may not get the support needed. -Ongoing system issues which are never resolved. -High Turnover
