      Highly involved leadership with no real cons - Maintenance Supervisor Asset Living Employee Review

      Pros

      The most involved company i have ever worked for. I have regular contacts with the owners of the property, the construction team, the regional and vice president id the company. If i ever need something I can call the VP and she will answer and make sure im ok. Even if its 6-7 at night

      Cons

      I dont see any cons working for this company. Only cons would be the property you work at and the maintenance issues or residents you come across which is out of the control of the company.

      Pros

      The property manager at my property is amazing, and I feel like the marketing aspect of the job is very collaborative. I was promoted from leasing agent to marketing manager, and have had so much fun growing personally and professionally with asset

      Cons

      Only con is that sometimes the market is tough to sell to, but that’s not Asset’s fault!

      Pros

      - Easy to manage with other commitments - Great training for sales and touring - Lots of exposure to marketing from the ground level

      Cons

      - Predatory sales environments (project specific, doesn't always apply) - Pay (needs to encourage better commission per person signed, only $12..)
