Great coworkers but very very poor management and support - Senior Consultant Assessio Employee Review

None Really.. The place seemed caught in a time warp and the owner more interested in travelling and telling stories about who'd he'd taken advantage of or ripped off.

Thought this type of company had credibility but the products, their integrity and age of systems really let them down. Its small scale and walking in the dark.... not enough back up internally and some staff are good but no one wants to rock the boat and make a call on some dubious dealings with business partners.

Compensation. Flexibility in working hours and locations. Awesome coworkers.

Management avoids making decisions and stick to the plans that they have made. There is a "big plan" revealed quarterly that is completely different from the previous plan and it seems that the company is just running in circles. The potential for the group is great but the lack of structure and the neglect management style is a dragging anchor for the company.
