The Nextech team lacks leadership and it shows! There is no training, support and senior leadership has already left. People get promoted who shouldn't, it's only because of who they know. I have been in the field for 25 years and this by far is the worst company. Not enough staff and the offshore team they use makes errors every single day. Clients get upset and what is their solution? Hire more offshore staff! You have been warned. Stay away!
