Pros
The founders and team as a whole are great people and easy to work with, and I felt like I grew a lot as an engineer during my time there. Also the senior engineering staff is A+++.
Cons
At the start of my time there leadership was clear about the problems they wanted to solve, but it didn't always feel like we had a clear idea of which features would solve those problems. However towards the end of my time there they struck upon a really good (imo), and specific direction for the product. So not really an issue now, unless the new direction doesn't work out in which case they might have some issues pivoting? Hopefully not a scenario they'll encounter.
